Terms of Service

01 GENERAL TERMS• Prices are subject to change based on demand.
• I have the right to decline any order for any reason.02 PAYMENT• Commissions will be paid in Euros and can be paid through PayPal invoice. PayPal invoices can be typically paid through several methods (credit, debit, Apple Pay, direct PayPal transfers, etc.)
• You will pay an upfront deposit cost of 50% of the commission price, with the other 50% paid before receiving the final commission.
• Full payment upfront is also an option.
• Do not send me any payments before I have agreed to give you a slot and made the payment request.03 PROCESS & DELIVERYCommission Process:
Typical Commission Process: Consultation > Sketch > Line Art > Color & Shading Updates > Full IllustrationConsultation:
Upon accepting your commission order, I will contact you for consultation and any further details on your commission. After which, I will send a payment request for the initial payment and work on your commission will begin.Sketch:
I will send you one or more initial sketches, which you can approve or request changes. A final sketch will be approved, and I will proceed to the next stages.
Line Art: I will send a preview of the line art. At this stage alterations can be made for corrections or revisions.Color & Shading Updates:
I will send updates on stages of coloring and shading. Frequency of updates may vary depending on the commission and how much input I would need.Full Illustration:
A preview of the completed illustration will be sent for final approval. Once the final illustration is finalized, a final payment request will be sent. Once payment is received, I will send you your commission files.Important:
• Completion time will vary depending on your commission. This will usually take a few weeks. Completion time may also be affected by personal factors such as health, emergencies, and technical issues.
• You can request changes 2 times for each step. Any additional change requested may be charged.
• Delivery of commission pieces will be sent digitally, after final transaction is completed and confirmed.04 REVISIONS• You may request a revision of the artwork - adjustments to the finished piece, or correcting mistakes. The grace period for requesting a revision will be 7 days after delivery of a finished piece.
• Changes to things you have previously approved or due to unclear reference will be charged.05 COPYRIGHT & USAGEI, LocalSpaghetto, (the artist)• Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
• Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• Reserve the right to the art piece and my usage of it.You (the customer/commissioner):• Have the rights to personal usage of the artwork, and may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• May NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, selling prints, etc.)
• Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
• May NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• May NOT enter the commissioned artwork into AI programs/databases.IN SOME CASES, THE COMMERCIAL RIGHTS TO THE IMAGE MAY BE PURCHASED.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
• Claiming the artwork as your own06 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY• The initial deposit payment (issued to begin working on commissions) is not eligible for refund upon your cancellation.
• In the rare instance that I am unable to complete your commission, I will issue a full refund of payments already made.
• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the refund to you myself.
• To protect from Paypal chargeback abuse, any unexpected chargebacks will be declined and disputed. This will result in cancellation of the commission without refund. I will retain full rights to the commissioned piece.07 WHAT DO YOU RECEIVE?• Drafts/mockups/sketches for you to approve before proceeding to later stages.
• Updates (on and between stages) and consultations on the commission.
• Full-resolution file of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are usually PNG.
